Backyard Gang Private Session

When and where:

Thursday 4th June 2026
9am - 11am
The Wilson Trail (near HK Parkview)

Activity:

Fire & S'mores - After a short welcome chat and BYG safety briefing, we'll set off into the park in search of the perfect BBQ site. The kids will learn how to make a fire, collecting and sorting sticks, constructing our fire, and learning about fire safety. As the fire burns down, we'll gather around and gently toast our marshmallows to get them golden brown. Finally, we'll construct our s'mores, squishing marshmallows between chocolate digestive biscuits and enjoying a well earned treat! 

What to bring:

Please send the kids wearing trainers with good grip (please no crocs, water shoes or rain boots) with a small backpack containing a water bottle, small snack and insect repellent.  Then depending on the weather, don't forget hats and sun cream when sunny and a raincoat if wet.

Further details including a google link to the exact meeting point will be sent out once registration is complete. All other info will be sent out via the WhatsApp group which will be the main form of communication where we will share any updates as well as a video at the end of the session so you can see the kids in action!
